Hank Dyeing

Hank dyeing or skein dyeing consists of immersing large, loosely wound hanks. Hank dyeing ensures the best colour penetration.

Once the desired colour is achieved, the yarn is steamed to fix the dye into the fibers. This process causes less yarn damage as it is less chemical intensive than other methods.

Package Dyeing

Package Dyeing is the method of choice used to produce yarns for multicolored stripes, checks and jacquard fabrics. The dyeing process happens in a high temperature high pressure chamber. It is an intensive process involving bleaching, dyeing, washing, finishing, hydro extraction and drying.
